黄康辉，北京体育大学中国武术学院武术套路教研室教授, 自幼随父亲黄经凯习武，洪传陈式太极拳传承人，中国武术八段，国家级社会体育指导员。中央电视台国际频道太极拳系列讲座节目主讲人之一，中央国家机关太极拳协会教练，中国武术段位制《陈式太极拳》执笔人、创编人之一，竞技太极拳推手新规则创编人之一，中国大学生太极拳推手锦标赛总裁判长，全国太极拳推手比赛副总裁判长，辽宁省太极推手协会名义会长，吉林省太极拳协会顾问，养生太极拳推手创编人之一。2015年世界华人武术比赛，任国家队教练。中国武术协会、中国武术研究院外派专家，赴多个国家进行太极拳推广工作。国家体育总局武术研究院《太极拳推手竞赛规则研究》专家组成员。

社会教学工作：

1996年中央电视台1套聘为电视教练，教授《陈式太极拳规定套路》。并配有vcd教学片。

1999年中央电视台《闻鸡起舞》栏目，教授《陈式太极拳一路、二路》。并配有vcd教学片。

1999年中央电视台9套，功夫栏目，教授《太极推手》，（英文）十二集。

2000年中央电视台9套，功夫栏目，教授《八卦掌》，（英文）十二集。

1996年出版了《太极推手教与学》、《陈式太极拳教与学》教学录像带。

1997年创编《跟冠军学推手》一书同年编写中国第一部太极推手专业教材《中国太极推手》。

1999年出版发行《陈式太极拳传统套路一路、二路》vcd教学片。

1999年与王建华女生创编了《养生太极推手》并出版发行。

2001年出版《陈式太极拳》、《养生太极推手》、《中国太极推手》、这本书并由台湾再版,繁体版的《中國太極推手》。

2003年参加编写《中国武术教程》太极推手执笔人。

个人比赛成绩：

1988—1996全国武术锦标赛（太极拳、剑、推手比赛）连续获得八届太极推手冠军。并获个人全能（太极拳、剑、推手）第二名。

陈式太极拳、吴式太极拳、太极剑也多次获得国内、国际太极拳武术比赛冠军。

2012、2013年国家体育总局武术运动管理中心、中国武术协会被评为武术段位制工作先进个人。

Huang Kanghui, male, Professor. He studied martial arts with his father Huang Jingkai since he was a child. He is the inheritor of Hong Chuan Chen Style Taijiquan, Eight stages of Chinese martial arts. National social sports instructor, One of the major speakers of the Tai Chi series lectures on CCTV International Channel, Coach of the Taijiquan Association of the Central State Organs, co-writer and co-editor of "Chen Style Taijiquan" in Chinese Wushu Duanwei System, One of the creators of the new rules of competitive Tai Chi Push Hands, Chief Referee of the Chinese University Student Tai Chi Push Hand Championship, Deputy Chief Referee of the National Tai Chi Push Hand Competition, Nominal President of Liaoning Taiji Push Hands Association, Advisor of Jilin Taijiquan Association, One of the creators of Health Taijiquan Push Hands, the national team coach of 2015 World Chinese Wushu Competition,  and as an expert from China Wushu Association and China Wushu Academy, he went to many countries to promote Taijiquan.

Social Teaching Work:

In 1996, he was hired by CCTV1 as a TV instructor to teach "Chen Style Taijiquan Prescribed Routine". And equipped with VCD teaching film;

In 1999, he was hired by CCTV to teach "Chen Style Taijiquan One Way and Two Way". And equipped with VCD teaching film;

In 1999, CCTV 9, Kungfu, taught "Taiji Push Hands", (English) 12 episodes;

In 2000, CCTV 9, Kung Fu program, taught "Bagua Palm", (English) twelve episodes;

In 1996, published the teaching video "Teaching and Learning Taiji Push Hands" and "Teaching and Learning Chen Style Taijiquan".

In 1997, he edited the book "Learn Push Hands with Champions" and in the same year, he wrote the first professional Taiji Push Hands textbook in China, "Chinese Taiji Push Hands".

Personal Competition Achievements:

1988-1996 National Wushu Championships (Taijiquan, Sword and Push Hands Competition) won eight consecutive Taiji Push Hands Championships. And won the second place in individual all-around (Taijiquan, Sword and Push Hands).

He has also won many national and international Taijiquan and Taiji Sword championships in Chen Style Taijiquan, Wu Style Taijiquan and Taiji Sword.

In 2012 and 2013, the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State General Administration of Sports and the Chinese Wushu Association were awarded as advanced individuals in the work of the Wushu Duanquan system.

In 2016, he was awarded as an excellent referee in the Wushu Sports Conference.
